These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, purchases, and participation in cannabis-related experiences (“Tours”) provided by Crown Leaf Society (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in Western New York. By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking a tour—whether online, by phone, or in person—you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you have read them. These Terms apply to all users, customers, and participants.

2. Age Restriction

  • All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented on the day of the tour.
  • Anyone unable to provide proper identification will be denied participation without refund.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Payment

  • A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a tour.
  • You may attend with fewer than 6 guests, but you are still responsible for payment for 6 guests.
  • A $200 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Deposits are refundable within 36 hours of booking. After that, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date if done within policy.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the scheduled event.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Venmo, or Cash.

4. Tour Itinerary & Customization

We provide suggested tour routes that include dispensary visits, cannabis tastings, sightseeing, and shopping.
Guests may modify their route preferences before the event through consultation. Consultations may occur after booking or prior to booking upon request.

5. Transportation Disclaimer

Transportation is provided by a licensed third-party limo or bus service.
Crown Leaf Society is not liable for any actions, delays, or incidents caused by the transportation provider.
Smoking cannabis and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
Alcohol may be consumed responsibly at designated food stops only. Mixing cannabis and alcohol is discouraged.

6. Behavioral Expectations & Removal Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service or remove any guest who engages in unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
  • Deny participation to anyone visibly intoxicated or unable to follow safety or consumption rules

No refunds will be issued for removal due to behavioral issues.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private Party Group Cancellations:

  • Must be submitted via phone or email at least 30 days prior to the tour date.

Public Tours Individual Cancellations:

  • Individuals booking on public tours can cancel up to 3 day prior to the tour date.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Private and public tours may be rescheduled with prior notice at no penalty.
  • If rescheduling is needed for private party bookings due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, the tour must be rebooked within 14 days of the original booking date, for a new event to be scheduled within the next 90 days.

8. Illness Policy

Do not attend a tour if you are sick or experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (including COVID-19). Rescheduling under these conditions is permitted according to our rescheduling policy.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to acts of God, weather conditions, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or any event beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the experience.

10. Waiver & Liability Release

All participants must sign a digital waiver in advance.
The waiver confirms:

  • You are 21+ years old
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event
  • You are responsible for your own purchases and behavior during the event
  • Crown Leaf Society does not buy, carry, or sell cannabis on your behalf

11. No Sponsorship or Medical Advice

Crown Leaf Society does not sell cannabis, make product endorsements, or provide any form of medical advice or guidance regarding cannabis usage. Please consult a medical professional regarding any questions related to cannabis and health.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crown Leaf Society, its owners, agents, employees, and third-party providers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:

  • Participation in any event
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Actions or conduct during a tour

13. Photo & Media Policy

For the comfort and privacy of our guests, we do not take any photos or videos during events.
All tours are confidential, and no images will be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15. Underage Data Handling

Our website and services are intended only for those 21 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. If we discover that personal data was submitted by someone underage, it will be deleted promptly.
